Escape from Tarkov saw a huge jump in EFT Roubles viewership over the last week, with Battlestate Games enabling Twitch drops on June 11th. Unique items are available exclusively through viewing specific Twich streams marked with "Drops Enabled," through June 22nd. No specific details were provided about what loot would drop, but just that there would be various items and equipment, with chances for rare drops as well.
But there are a series of steps you must complete to be eligible for the Drops before you start watching those streams. First, you need to create an Escape from Tarkov (Battlestate Games) account, and link it to your game. Then you need to link it to your Twitch account, which you can do on that same Escape From Tarkov site. Make sure it's connected by checking the Twitch settings page here.
Once it's connected, start watching any of the select streams that have the "Drops Enabled" tag. Unlike when Riot Games ran a similar campaign providing VALORANT Closed Beta Access, only very specific streamers will have Escape From Tarkov Drops, and only on specific dates. Again, find the list of eligible streamers and their scheduled Drops date here. On the last two days of Escape from Tarkov Drops, June 21st and 22nd, all streamers who have participated in any of the event will have Drops Enabled.
At certain intervals of total time spent watching, you'll be guaranteed to receive a loot drop that will automatically be unlocked directly in your game. The more you watch, the more guaranteed loot you'll unlock, and the more of a chance you have to get a lucky rare drop. Or, like everyone Cheap EFT Roubles on reddit, you'll just get a bunch of vodka, some empty syringes, and some splints.
